The day and the night before
Nobody checks out while you set up
Every event here also holds the night before it. The florist, the caterer and the rehearsal have the house the evening before, and no stay is checking out at 11 am on the morning of your wedding.
Ceremony in the courtyard, dinner in the ballroom, and the pool and the grounds in between. Choose up to 60 or up to 120 guests, for a single day or as a three-night package with the house to yourselves.

Three-night package
Three nights, one of them your event
Up to 16 guests stay in the house for three nights, and one of the nights is the event. The night before is held for setup as well.

Dinner from the house caterer
The house caterer knows the kitchen and the ballroom. The all inclusive package covers five hours of catering with a premium bar, a plated or buffet dinner, butler passed hors d'oeuvres, the wedding cake and a custom floor plan.

Record the day in 4K on the house camcorder, on a $500 refundable deposit. Add it when you send your booking request.
The house cake
A seven layer Chocolate Grand Marnier cake, the house favourite. Ask for it in your booking request.

The pool
The pool, lit for the evening
Drinks by the water between the ceremony and dinner, and photographs as the light goes. Open the virtual tour at the pool and stand there before you decide.

Asked by couples and planners
Why is the night before our event blocked?
Every event and every shoot also holds the night before. A stay checks out at 11 am, so without that night a guest could be leaving on the morning of your wedding while you are setting up. With it, the house is ready for you.
How many guests can we have?
Up to 120. There are two tiers, up to 60 guests and up to 120 guests, for a single day event or for the three-night package. Ceremony in the courtyard, dinner in the ballroom.
What does an event cost?
The prices for both tiers, the single day event and the three-night package, the tax, the cleaning fees and the refundable deposits are set out on the Weddings and Events page, and the booking form shows your total as you choose.
What is the three-night package?
Three nights in the house for up to 16 overnight guests, with your event on one of the nights. The night before the package is held for setup as well.
How do payments work?
Send a booking request first. Nothing is charged and the date is not held until your booking is confirmed. If it is approved you sign the venue agreement online, then pay a 50% deposit on a secure Stripe page, which confirms your date. The balance is due 30 days before check-in.
What are the refundable deposits?
A refundable security deposit, and a camcorder deposit if you add the Sony Handycam. They are held on your card shortly before the event and released afterwards unless they are needed. They are not part of the price.
